Here is a brief list of the case types our program mediates:

Small ClaimsBusiness and personal disputes within the jurisdiction of the small claims court ($7,500 or less).Monday-Thursday 8:00 am to 11:00 am when referred by the Court. All other times by appointment.
Civil County CourtContracts, evictions, collections, personal injury, HOA and other types of cases within the jurisdiction of the county courts ($25,000 or less).Monday-Friday 8:00 am-11:00 am when referred by the Court. All other times by appointment.

All Specialty divisions will be scheduled in advance.

CMSSM mediators that have advanced through the program, with required specialized training(s) or applicable subject matter(s) expertise, mediate in specialty divisions.
